The North Iowa Figure Skating Club (or NIFSC) was founded in 1983 – at the North Iowa Ice Arena. The purpose of the NIFSC is to promote and encourage the sport of figure skating according to the guidelines of the United States Figure Skating Association, and to cultivate a love of the sport of figure skating.
